MUSIC IS THE MOTIVE

The History......

 

DJ StarGayze was born in New York City, NY. From early on music was his love and soon became  a passion. Star was introduced to Hip Hop very early in childhood by his father, who was in the Army and would DJ as  a hobby creating mixes for his fellow soldiers.

Because he was a "military brat", Star moved frequently and he was exposed to many different cultures and genres of music. Peers called Star the "human jukebox", because he was able to match a tune to an artist instantaneously. 

 In 2005 DJ StarGayze began djing local parties in New Jersey while attending Jersey City University. Star moved to Atlanta and shortly built a following. The ability to mix different genres of music together and appease a crowd of people gained him popularity with party promoters.  " When I play a set I try to create an experience to remember, so when you hear those songs again my name crosses your mind"
